Technology, design & emergency response

About

About this blog

The intention of this blog is to enable me to post long-form ideas and rants regarding my research and areas of interest. My main research interest is in how new technologies effect how we prepare for, respond to, and make sense of emergency events. These are vital aspects to consider regarding the use and design of technology intended to support crisis management and emergency response.

About me

I find participatory, collaborative, and hands-on design-oriented research a fascinating approach to change the world to something better. I also believe that everybody has an interesting story to share.
